Hi there! I’m Lauren – mom of two, cat lady of four, and chipmunk whisperer of many. I’m an avid reader and a wine steward at Madiran the Wine Bar on Long Island. I consider myself an old soul, gravitating toward classic books and Old World wine. I’m well read, and I’ve sampled more bottles than I care to admit, so it just made sense for me to start reviewing my favorite spines and vines.

I started my Instagram page this past spring, and so I will add the reviews and escapades that I shared there to this page, as well as plenty of brand-new content.
